**Dein Job**:

- Du verantwortest den Aufbau und das Wachstum des neuen Geschäftsfeldes Wind, definierst die Gesamtstrategie und das Produkt
- und Serviceangebot
- Du verantwortest das Wind-Geschäft mit voller P&L-Verantwortung, managest auch potenzielle neue Akquisitionen oder Joint Ventures und arbeitest mit unserer M&A Abteilung zusammen
- Du baust ein leistungsstarkes Team aus Expert*innen auf, führst und motivierst dein dynamisches Team nach OKRs
- Du überblickst die Planung und Entwicklung von Windparks, fällst Investitionsentscheidungen und überwachst die Anlagenrealisierung
- Du stellst mit deinem Team einen reibungslosen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb aller Onshore-Windparks als auch Joint Ventures in diesem Geschäftsfeld sicher
- Du sorgst für eine optimale Auswahl von Servicepartnern für Dienstleistungen wie Wartung und Energieanlagenmanagement
- Du bist unser*e Expert*in für Windenergie im Unternehmens
- und Gesellschafterumfeld von LichtBlick
- Dabei hast du stets Markt, Wettbewerb und Politik im Blick und überträgst Entwicklungen in unser Business Modell
- Die finanzielle Performance unseres Wind-Geschäfts hast du stets im Blick und arbeitest hier eng mit dem Corporate Reporting zusammen

**Deine Skills**:

- Du arbeitest seit mindestens 10 Jahren im Bereich der Windenergie, gern mit Schwerpunkt Onshore, und hast bereits Management Verantwortung getragen
- Du hast ein unternehmerisches Mindset und idealerweise bereits eine Unternehmenseinheit oder kleine Gesellschaft erfolgreich skaliert und rentabel geführt
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technischem Fokus oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit, ein leistungsfähiges Team aufzubauen, zu motivieren und nach OKR zu führen
- Du denkst analytisch-konzeptionell, du handelst strategisch vorausschauend und bist mit hands-on Mentalität besonders stark in der Umsetzung
- Du bist dank deiner zwischenmenschlichen Kompetenz und gewinnenden Persönlichkeit in der Lage, enge Beziehungen zu allen internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen
- Du kannst Strukturen schaffen, bist ein*e leidenschaftliche*r Netzwerker*in und verfügst über gesunden Pragmatismus? Das passt zu uns
