**Responsibilities**:

- You are part of the prototype construction in our technical center with a focus on air springs
- You check compliance with the quality requirements of the individual parts and components
- You ensure the assembly of air springs based on technical drawings
- You will be responsible for cutting and testing complex air spring bellows
- You promote the testing of air springs and spring bellows
- You ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements as well as the documentation of the high quality requirements

**Qualifications**:

- You have completed technical training, ideally with a focus on machine or vehicle construction
- You have already gained relevant work experience in a similar role; knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- You have knowledge in working with metals, knowledge of rubber compounds would be an advantage
- You have a basic understanding of craftsmanship and have experience with complex machines and systems
- You also have very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
- You are open for working in a shift system within a 5-day-week
