Marketing Communications Specialist\* (w/m/x)

ab sofort // unbefristet // 40h/Woche

Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung des Social Media, E-Mail und Event Marketings
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Umsetzung von Content-Plänen
- Evaluierung, Auswahl und Betreuung relevanter Social-Media-Kanäle basierend auf Regionen und Zielgruppen
- Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen zur Leadgenerierung und Steigerung des Engagements
- Evaluierung, Konzeption und Durchführung relevanter Veranstaltungen sowie Definition und Nachverfolgung der Eventziele
- Abteilungsübergreifende Steuerung von Projekten, als auch Briefing und Koordination von externen Freelancern und Agenturen
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring der KPI´s und stetige Anpassung der Taktiken

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Social Media-, Event-, E-Mail Marketing
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen sowie in der Steigerung des Markenengagements und der Leadgenerierung
- Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, sowie Erfahrungen mit relevanten Tools zur Kampagnenplanung und -auswertung
- Exzellente schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohe intrinsische Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung an neue Marketingtrends und -technologien
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Daten zur Messung und Optimierung der Marketingaktivitäten
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
