**Communication & Social Media Specialist (m/w/d)**:
- Als Communcation & Social Media Specialist sind Sie der Mastermind in allen Kommunikations
- und Social Media Fragen. In enger Abstimmung mit der Marketingabteilung planen und konzipieren Sie sämtliche Marketingaktivitäten und helfen dabei die Marke Ferrari aktiv zu vermarkten.
**Ihr Profil**:
- nachweisliche Berufserfahrung und echte Leidenschaft in der Content-Erstellung, Marketingplanung und -umsetzung
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise
- Organisationstalent sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität
- Erfahrungen im automobilen Umfeld sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss bzw. eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Kommunikation
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- die Fähigkeit, sämtliche Social Media Aktivitäten basierend auf der Marken
- und Unternehmensstrategie zielgerichtet umzusetzen
- Engagement, echter Teamgeist sowie eine eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortung über die integrierten Marketingaktivitäten in Abstimmung mit dem Marketing Manager sowie den Abteilungsleitern der einzelnen Ressorts - von der Planung und Konzeption, bis hin zur Maßnahmenumsetzung und Ergebniskontrolle
- Aufsetzung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von (Online-) Marketingaktivitäten (z.B. Redaktionsplan, Social Media Marketing für LinkedIn und Instagram, E-Mail Marketing, Retargeting Anzeigen)
- operative Steuerung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Events, Publikationen und Online Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der passenden Marketinginstrumente
- Implementierung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Inbound-Marketing Kampagnen zur Leadgenerierung und -qualifizierung
- Erstellung von ansprechenden, relevanten und zielgruppenspezifischen Inhalten (Bild und Video) für unsere Social Media Plattformen
- Pflege, Aktualisierung der Website (Wordpress)
- Pflege des CRM-Systems (Kunden, Community Beziehungen, Kategorisierung potenzieller Kunden, kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung von Leads)
- Recherche und Beobachtung von Social Media Trends
- Reporting: Erstellung und Auswertung der Social Media Performance sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
