You’ll join a busy immigration team of professionals from law firms, world renowned global immigration consultancies, ex-Government bodies specialising in Germany in-bound immigration.
**Duties of the German Immigration Specialist include but will not be limited to**:
- Providing expertise on Germany inbound Immigration process and procedure
- Responsible for managing own casework, advice to clients and general service delivery
- Remain abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice affecting the company’s core activities
- Actively participating in knowledge sharing on updates and news
- Ensure that all immigration enquiries and service agreements are dealt with in line with agreed service standards
- Managing client expectations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Participate in client meetings, new staff training and business development activities
- Update inhouse technology platforms in accordance with the firms policies
- Participate in global training programmes and any client specific training
- Manage external suppliers and vendors
**Key skills required**:
- 2 years + experience working in inbound German Immigration
- Sound knowledge on German immigration
- Knowledge of Visas and permits
- Excellent research skills and ability to analyse and interpret information from a range of sources
- German native speaker or minimum C2 level
- Strong English (both oral and written)
- Excellent IT skills
- Graduate level degree or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Desire to achieve personal work goals and objectives
- Ability to persuade and influence
