Senior Site Coordinator (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Vor-Ort-Hauptansprechpartner für Einrichtungen beim Kunden
Aufbau und Entwicklung effektiver Kunden-/Interessengruppenbeziehungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen am Standort
Proaktive Einbindung der Stakeholder, um sicherzustellen, dass die Erwartungen des Kunden vor Ort erfüllt werden
Umzugsmanagement und -durchführung
Beschaffungs
- und Lieferantenmanagement
Umwelt
- und Arbeitsschutz sowie Risikomanagement
Sicherstellung hoher Arbeitsmoral, Vertrauen und Arbeitsethik
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines Umfelds, das Teamarbeit, Zusammenarbeit und exzellente Leistung fördert
Sicherstellung, dass die Lieferantenbeschaffungsprozesse den vereinbarten Beschaffungsrichtlinien des Kunden sowie den Best Practices von Jones Lang LaSalle entsprechen
Verwaltung aller Verträge, um sicherzustellen, dass sie professionell zu den richtigen Kosten erbracht werden
Kontinuierliche Bewertung der Verträge zur bestmöglichen Wertschöpfung für den Kunden
Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Brandschutz, Gesundheit und Arbeitssicherheit
Standortbetriebsmanagement
Empfehlung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung und Umsetzung von Best Practices in den Betriebsabläufen
Implementierung von Gebäudeverfahren und Leistungskennzahlen und Sicherstellung ihrer dauerhaften Einhaltung
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller Anforderungen im Critical Environment Management (CEM)
Regelmäßige Überprüfung der bestehenden Betriebsabläufe zur Kostensenkung und Verbesserung der betrieblichen Standards
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Richtlinien und Strategien zur Einhaltung der Geschäftspraktiken von Jones Lang LaSalle

**Ihr Profil**:
Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielzahl von Mitarbeitern des Kunden und deren Anforderungen
Fähigkeit, sich in Deutsch stark auszudrücken und auch auf erweitertem "Englisch"-Sprachniveau zu kommunizieren
Kenntnisse der Arbeitsschutzanforderungen und der Betriebsratsbeziehung
Gute PC-Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, tägliche Aktivitäten mithilfe verschiedener Systeme zu verwalten
Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Messung von KPIs
Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement für spezialisierte Dienstleistungen
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, kommerzielle Verträge und relevante Bedingungen zu verstehen und zu interpretieren
Fähigkeiten im Budgetmanagement
Hochschulabschluss im Facility Management, Bauwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich und/oder 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Facility Management, Immobilienmanagement, Gastgewerbe oder einem verwandten Bereich
