Wir suchen motivierte, deutsch-sprachige und erfahrene Document Controller (m/w/d) aus den Fachbereichen KG 300 / KG 400 in der Planung im Hochbau, die in der prozessbegleitenden Projektsteuerung das Project Team an herausfordernden, multi-disziplinären Projekten unterstützen. Als Teil des Project Design Management (PDM) Teams Europe arbeitest Du unmittelbar mit Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren unterschiedlicher Gewerke zusammen und verbindest Project Management mit Engineering Disciplines.

Abgesehen von Deiner Erfahrung und Deinem Fachwissen ist systematisches Organisieren Dein Talent, prozessorientierte Kommunikation Deine Neugier und das Strukturieren von herausfordernden Projekten Deine Berufung.

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Überwachung der Extranet-Webseiten des Projekts, Hoch
- und Herunterladen von Zeichnungen und Berichten und Verteilung an das Team
- Sicherstellung, dass das Projektteam über alle aktuellen Dokumente, Informationen und Zeichnungen von anderen Mitgliedern des Designteams verfügt
- Verwaltung der internen Ablage und des externen Dateiaustauschs auf Sharepoint
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Dokumentenprotokollen durch das Projektteam, um eine erfolgreiche Lieferung an den Kunden und andere zu gewährleisten
- Vorarchivierung und Archivierung von Projektdokumenten
- Monatliche Überprüfung des aktuellen Stands der Daten
- Sicherstellen, dass das Issue Sheet/Dokumentenregister vorhanden und korrekt ist
- Koordinierung von Besprechungsplänen mit dem Projektteam
- Verwaltung der internen Einreichungskoordination
- Entwicklung/Vereinbarung eines Dokumentennummerierungssystems (BEP) und anderer relevanter Protokolle für Projektverteilerlisten
- Zusammenstellen, Drucken und Binden von fachübergreifenden Projektberichten und anderen Dokumenten
- Führen von Zeichnungsregistern und elektronischen Zeichnungsdateien
- Konvertierung eingehender und ausgehender Zeichnungsdateien in allgemein verwendbare Dateiformate nach Bedarf
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung bei Projekten
- Führen von Dokumentenaufzeichnungen in Übereinstimmung mit dem BuroHappold Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS)
- Überwachung von Aufgaben anhand vereinbarter Fristen

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit im Bauwesen; allgemeine Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenmanagement, Dokumentenkontrolle und administrative Projektunterstützung wird ebenfalls berücksichtigt
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium; Qualifikation im Bereich Bauwesen ist von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen und Datenbanken
- Frühere Büro
- und Projekterfahrungen sind unerlässlich
- Erfahrung mit Metadaten ist ein Plus
