**YOUR MISSION**:
As the **Teamlead Sales Engineering (f/m/d*) **at Parloa, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of Sales Engineers who are responsible for helping our B2B clients understand the Parloa platform so they can provide their users and clients with the best customer experience possible.

You will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and supporting them in realizing their desired results within our SaaS product.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Lead and manage a fast-growing team of Sales Engineers, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Be the in-house expert in answering our prospective customers' technical questions and be their trusted guide in their Parloa buying journey.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams in all technical pre-sales support functions, to provide technical advice, and create tailored proposals that find the best solutions to fit customer requirements.
- Take ownership of our current and future sales engineering processes, working closely across the commercial and technological divisions to scale our organization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Parloa in relation to them.
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, as well as partners, and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to all.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales engineering performance, processes, and strategies.
- Champion our customer-first initiatives internally by conveying customer feedback including feature requests and product issues to our Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to continuously improve Parloa's product and marketing.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), business administration (Betriebswirtschaftslehre), or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical/Pre Sales.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of Parloa's tech stack, conversational AI products, VoIP/Phone infrastructure, and B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous work experience with conversational AI.
- Developed and completed RFPs from customers.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales.
- VoIP/Phone infrastructure skills.
