**JOB SUMMARY**:The HR Associate Partner (HRAP) will perform a variety of human resources project and duties in support of the HR Partner function. The HRAP will use their human resources knowledge and the Company’s policies and procedure to work with the HR team and the business to triage questions/issues. The role will play an active role in working with the HR team on projects that align with the business and HR strategy.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
- Perform a range of HR partner duties, ensuring that the work is aligned with established HR practices and policies.
- Works with the HR team in support of assigned responsibilities, as well as keeping them informed of the pulse of the business and employee engagement.
- Provides input and suggestions into day-to-day work as well as contributing to the HR department’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient management of employees, activities, and overall company functions.
- Point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, with follow through to resolution providing employee support and ensuring optimal work processes.
- Thorough understanding of the HR programs with the ability to review with the business.
- Review HR programs and policies for needed updates.
- Support the HR partners in recruitment initiatives and activities.
- Work with the HR partners in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of training programs.
- Support the Performance Management cycle throughout the year.
- Works with all areas of HR and the business in support of onboarding and offboarding employees and contingent workers focusing on the employees experience as well as HR excellence.
- Produce and update reports on general HR activity.
- Use their knowledge of human resources to effectively communicate with the business and human resources team ensuring understanding.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources or related field.
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:
- Two years of experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR work.
- Working knowledge of best human resources practices
- Understanding and familiarity with using an HRIS system
- A track record of providing employment support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of seniority.
- Excellent in person and virtual communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues. to provide employment support and ensure optimal work processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
