**Your Mission at CYCLE**:

- You’ll develop our sales strategy by defining the approach to addressing new prospective customers together with other internal stakeholders
- You take full ownership of closing commercial deals from the first touchpoint to the signed contract
- You convince small and medium-sized enterprises of our products and services and thus ensure the growth of the company
- You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiations and contract execution
- You coordinate the information flow of our sales activities in our CRM tool and create forecasts based on the sales pipeline and market information
- Create weekly and monthly reports for different departments within CYCLE

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- You have some professional experience in field service, customer service or sales
- Ideally, you have already led a small team or managed projects independently
- You are motivated to build something new and have a hands-on mentality
- You like to structure your daily work, think analytically and can act independently
- You have experience in the creation of convincing and accurate sales presentations
- Your communication with customers and partners is always authentic, professional and customer-oriented (both verbally and in writing)
- You have experience in refining and using digital sales tools, especially CRM systems
- You are willing to travel to our clients within Germany if necessary to achieve your goals
- You have excellent German and English skills (both at C1 level)
