**Product Specialist, Order Fulfillment - LineOne**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Advising our specialist retail partners on our product portfolio via mail and phone
- Provide information about product features and technology
- Identify and propose potential improvements to products, instructions, brochures, training courses, price lists, P-Con, etc.
- Work closely with product marketing
- Structure and organize all the knowledge related to the function to make it easily accessible in the knowledge management platform

**Who You Are**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in business
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use positive language
- Proactive and competitive mindset, willing to get into deep research process to provide accurate answers
- Strong customer and teamwork focus
- Willingness to learn new technology tools and products
- Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
- Problem-solving skills
- German native and English level B or higher would be a plus
