Intern Investment Fund Structuring

The Investment Fund Structuring team, based in Munich, deals with the product development and structuring of investment funds in different formats (such as UCITS funds, Specialised Investment Funds) as well as coordinating the distribution of third-party funds across various asset classes (alternative assets such as private equity or real estate as well as liquid asset classes such as fixed income and equities). The team works closely with the bank’s own investments fund manager Structured Invest S.A.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Compilation of product profiles, presentations, factsheets and term sheets
- Ongoing work on advanced excel-based data bases
- Perform due diligence on third-party alternative investment funds
- Support in developing investment strategies as well as operate backtestings and simulations
- Support for company valuations and due diligence competitor analysis
- Handling of regulatory, tax specific and accounting questions

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Study in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related studies
- Interest in investment banking and the financial markets business in general
- Ability to work within a demanding and dynamic team environment while maintaining attention to detail, even under pressure
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision
- Proactive and solution driven attitude
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Programming skills in VBA is a plus
- Knowledge in the area of investment products is a plus
- Analytical and conceptual abilities such as the ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way
- Very good English skills
