**Role Description**: We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors, Placement Agents, and Investment Advisors with a strong network of high-net-worth clients who are adept at navigating the sophisticated real estate investment landscape.
Your role will be crucial in:
- Identifying and engaging high net worth individuals and entities for investment opportunities in our Mediterranean real estate projects.
- Cultivating lasting investor relationships to ensure a robust funding stream for new acquisitions.
- Proven experience in real estate investment
- A solid, demonstrable network of high-net-worth clients with an interest in exclusive real estate ventures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage investor relations.
- A documented history of successful capital raising and asset management in competitive environments.
**Remuneration**: Compensation is based on a competitive success fee arrangement, offering the potential for substantial rewards contingent on your performance in fundraising.
