For the Product Management of our Connected Security Systems division we are looking for somebody who has both: a solid technical understanding as well as a business mindset. As part of our dynamic team, you will especially focus on defining pricing strategies as well as supporting the product management life cycle. This position within our CSS Graduate initiative will give you valuable insights into our products and strategy while being able to actively collaborate on the growth and vision of the division.

In your new role you will:

- Contribute to the **global pricing strategies **by defining them and conducting **demand analysis**:

- Support **demand and volume forecast **both for short and mid-term planning
- Handle **product life cycle **from product launch till product discontinuation, **including End-Of-Life management**:

- Be responsible for updating the **worldwide inventory management**:

- Strongly contribute the **digitalization of current tools **and **pricing processes**:

- Collaborate as an **interface **between internal stakeholders like **Operations **and **Sales**

By proactively driving new ideas and solutions, you create value and challenge the status quo. Nevertheless, you never lose sight of your teams’ goals and join forces with your colleagues for the team’s success. Respecting different attitudes and points of view and using the creative potential they offer reflects your mindset.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **in **Data Science **or **Engineering **with strong business acumen
- **First working experience **within the **semiconductors **and/or **electronics industry **, ideally including **product planning **and/or **business analysis**:

- Experience working in an international environment
- A good **knowledge **of **data management **and **databases **.
- First experience with **Tableau **would be beneficial
- A tendency towards **entrepreneurial thinking **and a good **business acumen**:

- Proficiency with the MS Office Package - especially with Excel
- **Fluent English **language skills, German as a plus
