Product Owner

Your tasks
As a Product Owner (M/F/d) you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hardware products. You will have end-to-end accountability, from defining the vision and roadmap to ensuring the successful delivery of the product increment.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, considering the needs of both customers and stakeholders. Take ownership of the product's entire lifecycle, including pricing strategies and return on investment.
- User Story Translation: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, and then translate these into comprehensive and actionable user stories for the development team. Your efficient and clear writing will be instrumental in guiding the team's success.
- Scope and Schedule Management: Work closely with Product Management and the development team to define the scope and schedule for product releases. Your ability to prioritize and align resources effectively will ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Approve the product increment delivered by the development team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and is ready for release to our customers. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee an exceptional user experience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to provide product vision, direction, and priorities. Your ability to foster strong relationships and communicate effectively will be vital in driving alignment across departments.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: You have a proven track record of several years working as a Product Owner (M/F/d), preferably in the MedTech industry, with a focus on hardware products and automation devices connected as IoT. Your experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams is essential.
- Agile Mindset: You are passionate about Agile development methodologies and have a deep understanding of their principles. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and embrace an iterative approach will be crucial to your success. At inveox, we implemented SAFe.
- Customer-Centric Approach: You have a strong ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. Your dedication to delivering exceptional solutions that address these needs will drive the success of our products.
- Excellent Communication: Your fluency in English & German, combined with outstanding written and oral communication skills, enables you to effectively articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities. Your clarity of expression and ability to influence others will set you apart.
- Results-Oriented: Your efficient writing of clear user stories and acceptance criteria ensures a successful delivery. You are driven by achieving tangible results and take pride in your ability to drive projects to completion.
