Wir suchen Dich als Product Owner bei der BMW Group im Bereich vernetzte Cloud Platformen/Künstliche Intelligenz. Die digitale Vernetzung unserer Fahrzeugflotte ist zentraler Bestandteil unserer Fahrzeugstrategie: Fahrerassistenz, Kartenupdates oder die Parkplatzsuche stellen nur eine kleine Auswahl kundenorientierter Dienste im Rahmen von Connected Drive dar. Unser Produktteam ist verantwortlich für die "Connected AI Platform". Diese unterstützt Data Science Teams mit Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Lösungen um Machine Learning Modelle für KI-basierte, vernetzte Fahrzeugfunktionen in der Cloud zu entwickeln, zu trainieren und zu betreiben.

**Was erwartet dich?**
- Als KI-Experte/in bist du in der Lage die Bedürfnisse unserer Data Scientisten in neue Features der Connected AI Platform zu übersetzen sowie bestehende Features zu optimieren.
- Du treibst mit Leidenschaft die Produktweiterentwicklung sowie große und kleine Projekte für Design, Build, Rollout sowie den Betrieb unserer global ausgerollten Connected AI Platform voran, die aktuell von mehr als 200 internen Data Scientisten genutzt wird.
- Du testest hands-on verschiedene Komponenten der Connected AI Platform (z.B. Kubeflow Pipelines, MLflow, Streamlit), um dich in die Lage unserer Nutzer versetzen zu können.
- Dein Aufgabenfeld reicht von der Anforderungsanalyse, der Erstellung und technischen Spezifikation von Epics und User Stories, Defect
- und Test-Management, Teilnahme an Scrum-Ritualen zusammen mit unseren externen Dienstleistern, der Entwicklung und Pflege der Architekturvision, Prototyping neuer Features und Ideen, (Weiter-) Entwicklung der Infrastruktur bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Tools für den Betrieb und die Überwachung unserer Systeme.
- Neben der Weiterentwicklung sorgst du für einen stabilen und hochverfügbaren (Cloud-)Betrieb, Automatisierung und das Management unserer Umgebungen, Capacity-Management und die geschickte Kombination von Software und Cloud-Bausteinen.
- Du bist technologisch und fachlich auf Augenhöhe mit deinem agilen Entwicklungsteam aus externen Spezialisten, um Nutzen und Wert des Produkts zu erhöhen, aktuelle wie zukünftige Architekturen zu diskutieren und einen stabilen Betrieb sicherzustellen.

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Studienabschluss in Informatik, technischer Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie umfangreiche Erfahrung mit agiler Software-Entwicklung (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Kenntnisse im Bereich klassisches Machine Learning sowie Generativer KI.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich MLOps und Tooling (z.B. Kubeflow, MLflow, Jupyter Lab etc.).
- Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Public Cloud Infrastrukturen (idealerweise AWS), Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (z.B. Kubernetes und Docker) sowie mit Automatisierungswerkzeugen (Terraform, GitHub Actions, o.ä.).
- Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer Systeme, in IT-Operations/Service-Prozessen (ITIL, PIC), im Umgang mit IT-Betriebs-, Monitoring
- und Tracing-Tools wie Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch oder ähnlichem.
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften als Major Incident Manager und/oder Specialist-on-Duty im 24x7-Betrieb.
- Neugierde, die notwendige Beharrlichkeit und Selbstvertrauen um moderne KI-Technologien/Frameworks und ihre Anwendungsszenarien zu erkennen und bis in den produktiven Betrieb auszurollen.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
