Head of Marketing Dentistry

Your Role:
- lead, coach and develop a high-performance global strategic und operative marketing team for dentistry- develop & implement a holistic marketing framework for the products and services fitting to the trends and requirements of the dental market- create and implement a clinical and dealer marketing strategy- establish visualization in microdentistry and drive sales growth with new go-to-market strategies- continue to build networks and strategic partnerships with dental companies and associations to increase awareness of magnification and extend influence on local level to boost sales- support of the digital transformation for the marketing and sales process- guide the team to define the marketing strategy and core messaging for all products and services and to create annual global strategic marketing plans to implement it- launch new products to different market segments and new customer groups- develop innovative omni-channel marketing campaigns for dentists and further stakeholders- own marketing content creation and agency management- support sales and tradeshow activities- define clear marketing KPI ́s and measure success for continuous improvements

Your Profile:
- university degree in marketing or business, master’s degree or MBA preferred. At least 5 years of leadership experience-
- at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing marketing roles- strong track record of establishing new technologies and launching new products into different market segments and to new target groups- fluent English language skills in speaking and writing, intercultural negotiation skills- well-founded project and strategic marketing skills, strong capabilities to lead and steer complex marketing teams- knowledge of global marketing trends in dentistry
