Ihre Rolle- Als Head of Agile Transformation sind Sie für die Verbesserung der vorhandenen Entwicklungsprozesse verantwortlich- Dabei geht es ganzheitlich um alle Produktentwicklungsprozesse, einschließlich Portfoliomanagement, Abstimmung mit der globalen Vertriebsorganisation, Marketing und Softwareentwicklungsprozesse- Dabei unterstützt sie ein Team von agilen Coaches und Experten

Im Einzelnen sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer agilen Transformationsstrategie für alle Produktentwicklungsprozesse- Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen in den vorhandenen Prozessen und Entwicklung von Lösungen- Schulung und Unterstützung von Teams und Führungskräften bei der Umsetzung agiler Methoden und Praktiken- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die agilen Prozesse den Anforderungen entsprechen- Identifizierung von Risiken und Problemen und Entwicklung von Lösungen- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Audits und Überprüfung der agilen Prozesse- Entwicklung von KPIs zur Messung der Effektivität der agilen Prozesse

Ihr Profil- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Computerwissenschaften, Mathematik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im Projektmanagement- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von agilen Methoden und Praktiken- Nachweislich erfolgreiche Einführung von (skalierten) agilen Methoden in größeren Produktentwicklungsteams ( mehr als 50 Mitarbeiter)- Sie haben Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams- Sie haben Erfahrung mit skalierten agilen Prozessen (bspw. SAFe, Less, Scrum of Scrum...)- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Softwarekomponenten und in der Anwendung von Best Practices- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und in der Identifizierung von Risiken und Problemen- Gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
