Digital Operations Strategist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Build-up of New Sites**:

- Lead the operational setup and launch of new treatment planning facilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all infrastructure, technology, and staffing requirements are met.

**Ramp Down of Old Sites**:

- Manage the decommissioning of outdated sites, including equipment disposal, data migration, and personnel reassignment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during site closures.

**Implementation of New Processes Across Sites**:

- Develop and deploy new operational processes to enhance digital treatment planning capabilities.
- Train site managers and staff on new process implementations and monitor adoption.

**Improvement of Efficiency and Optimization of Old Processes**:

- Continuously assess current operations to identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement lean methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

**Integration of Treatment Planning Across All Business Units**:

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure treatment planning processes are aligned and consistent.
- Standardize treatment planning protocols to maintain quality and accuracy across all locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a role focused on process improvement within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operational projects, including site setups and process optimizations.
- Strong knowledge of digital treatment planning and dental operations.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Capable of handling typical physical activities required by on-site evaluations and implementations.
