**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Als Project Management Administrator unterstützt Du die Stakeholder, Projektmanager sowie Accountmanager bei der Umsetzung unserer komplexen E-Commerce-Projekte.
- Auf Basis der Anforderungen seitens Projektmanager und Accountmanager entwickelst Du Controllings und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du definierst neue Vorgänge und setzt diese anschließend eigenständig um.
- Dabei unterstützt Du administrativ im Projektgeschäft und stellst die Kundenzentrierung sicher.
- Schwerpunkt Deiner Tätigkeiten ist unter anderem die monatliche Rechnungsstellung, die Du vollumfänglich verantwortest.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Projektmanager, Accountmanager und Kunden und arbeitest ganzheitlich - von der Angebotsphase bis zum Projektcontrolling.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du verfügst über relevante Erfahrung im Bereich PMO oder im kaufmännischen Controlling.
- Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Affinität für Zahlen zeichnen Dich aus.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke, in Deutsch und Englisch, nutzt Du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, Kunden und unserem Management.
