**Responsibilities**:
Exciting opportunity on a major CAPEX project for a procurement administrator to support a busy and growing department.
Coordinate the Procurement Director and team.
Department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface and all RFQ correspondence.
Utilising Associated system such as SAP to raise and process invoices/ issue payments and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
Preparation of departmental agenda’s, reports, presentations & minute taking.
Maintain procurement database in line with both project and corporate approved organisations.
Coordination of Executive site visits & onsite/off site team events

**Requirements**:
Fluency in German and English.
Experience in administrative tasks and associated documentation/ systems.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft office, CRM or sales/ invoicing software.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with multiple key stakeholders both internally and externally.
A preference will be given to prior procurement or project controls administration however this is not essential.
