**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Detailliert definieren Sie die Prozessschritte und Prozessabweichungen in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie sind für die Förderung der Standardisierung und Unterstützung von Regionen / Standorten bei der Scope-Validierung und Bewertung von Scope-Erweiterung zuständig
- Außerdem managen und koordinieren Sie das Design neuer Anforderungen und kommunizieren Entscheidungen an ihre Organisationen
- Des Weiteren verantworten Sie die Koordination und aktives Management des Key-User-Netzwerks der Marken weltweit
- Als erster Ansprechpartner für lokale Key-User oder andere Mitglieder der Geschäftseinheit verwalten Sie die Ergebnisse (Erstellen, Validieren, Testen, Bereitstellen, Trainieren)
- Falls erforderlich sind Sie für die Eskalation in Richtung KION Group IT First Level Support zuständig
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium zum Ingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Techniker bzw. einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie besitzen mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung Bereich SAP - PP, MES/EWM/MM oder in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsumfeld
- Sie sind erfahren in der Problemlösung mit dem lokalen Key User und der IT sowie in der Analyse von Geschäftsinformationen
- Sie bringen die Fähigkeit mit, Geschäftsprozesse in Visio oder PowerPoint zu beschreiben, sowie Anforderungen in ein Lastenheft für die KION IT zu erstellen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
