Director Technology Management

In your new role you will:
- **Be responsible **for covering **Foundry-co-development **and **High-Volume-Manufacturing **(HVM) **for one group of technologies
- **Report to **the **Technology Head**:
- Be an **expert for process technology input **as part of **Infineon's Technology Roadmap **, **External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) Foundry Roadmap **, strategy and business processes, etc.
- Be accountable for **transfer milestone completion **, as well as **development **, **HVM KPIs **for **EWM technology **(yield, time to volume, etc.)
- **Support group of integration **, **product engineering **and **supplier quality **during weekly conference calls with foundries
- **Own interface to internal Infineon teams **in the areas of IP-blocks, model hardware correlation, test chip content, etc.
You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns, award them a high priority and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. You set yourself ambitious goals, remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in **Electrical or Materials Engineering**:
- **At least 8 years **of **semiconductor work experience**:
- Good experience in **bipolar-CMOS **and **RF processes**:
- Experience in **supplier quality management**:
- **Leadership skills**:
- **Very good communication skills **across different management levels within the company
- **Strategic **and **analytical mindset**:
- **Fluent English skills **; German would be a plus
