**Deine neue Herausforderung**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Team
- Etablierung von erstklassigen Prozessen bei Preisanfragen
- Organisation verschiedener Arbeitsabläufe sowie stetige Optimierung teaminterner Prozesse
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des lokalen Tender Review Boards
- Durchführung von Trainings im Bereich Pricing für den Vertrieb
- Erarbeitung von Profitabilitätsanalysen und Umsatzeffektanalysen bei Großkunden oder Sonderlösungen
- Erstellung Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Senior Management Team
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen (insb. Vertrieb, Controlling, Accounting, Tender Management Team)
- Schnittstellenmanagement mit Regional Pricing und dem Key Account Pricing Team über jegliche Customer Pricing Themen

**Damit überzeugst Du uns**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium und/ oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Pricing
- Idealerweise Branchenerfahrung in der Logistik/Transport
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kosten, Preise, Vertriebsmechanismen und -bedürfnisse
- Sehr gutes analytisches und strukturiertes Denken und Handeln sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Excel
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Initiative und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Pragmatisches, sorgfältiges und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
