J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Systems GmbH is an integrated payment product and technology provider, mainly focused on Automotive OEMs and Mobility services. We enable the digital revolution of connected cars and mobility services by offering innovative payment products on one technology platform.
As a result of the joint venture between Volkswagen Financial Services and J.P. Morgan, our strategic goal is to serve Volkswagen Group and other automotive brands and mobility service providers in their digitalization process.
Our focus is on delivering an end-to-end integrated payment platform, offering fully white labeled payment products and services as well as our consulting expertise to scale and to reshape the future of the automotive e-commerce in the connected car as well as mobility service space and beyond.
Our end-to-end integrated payment platform covers the entire payment flow: starting from onboarding, opening wallet accounts, fraud prevention and risk checks, payment processing, routing, reconciliation, collection and settlement, billing, booking, receivable management to reporting.
We provide tailor made payment use cases for the digital mobility use cases like parking tickets, car sharing, electricity, fuel, tolls and other mobility service marketplaces. We enable innovative frictionless omni-channel payments including in-Car channels.

**Job description**
As a _**“Product Solutions Specialist” **_based in Munich, you will be responsible to support our product development and roll-out with your payment know-how and process methodology to our existing and future customers. Goal is to bring scalable, highly available, robust and fault tolerant real-time environments of payment software to the market. You will need to act as a pro-active team player whilst learning about innovative technologies and approaches, with the clear perspective to further develop your knowledge and drive your personal growth. **Your responsibilities**
- Lead and drive solutioning for complex customer requests, involving multiple products
- Create solution designs incl. functional (use-case specific) system interaction and system flow diagrams towards existing solution components
- Take ownership of dedicated customers with their specific requirements as well as dedicated products and steer the delivery End2End
- Give continuous feedback to and align withProduct teams of emerging trends in the market, client needs, and competitive offerings for product evolution
- Enable broader sales teams through sharing of best practices as well as scaling-up segment knowledge and replicable solutions across multiple clients and/or segments globally
- Lead projects in clarifying business requirements as well as steering external and internal resources with focus on delivering quality to the market within the given budget and time plan
- Work collaboratively with Development, Operations; Product and Integrations teams to deploy and operate our global financial payment solutions
- Identify, design, document and execute potential optimization of processes
**Your qualification**
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is desirable
- Material experience in project management and its tools gained in providing solutions for multiple products to clients
- Ideally in-depth knowledge of payment processes and experience in related technical fields
- Able to communicate simply and clearly complex processes and solutions to clients and all functions within the organization
- Able to make effective decisions within a fast-moving ever-changing product landscape
