**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support to the business and corporate governance of the company
- Provide pragmatic advice on all B2C-related legal and regulatory diagnostic issues
- Work closely with all departments to build and maintain regulatory relationship especially in North America and Asia
- Reviewing, drafting, amending commercial agreements in English
- Work closely with external lawyers on medical-diagnostic, regulatory and compliance topics globally
- Be the cross-functional leader for privacy and data protection
- Build, refine and scale privacy and data protection compliance processes
- Provide legal support and guidance on privacy and data protection inquiries from users
- Respond to internal and external privacy and data protection inquiries

**Your Qualifications**:

- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of commercial experience gained from a technical environment, ideally biotech, diagnostic or medical, including supporting and advising businesses on privacy and data protection related concerns
- German Legal Degree (or equivalent) with strong academic record and admitted to the bar in an EU member state with the ability to register as in-house counsel in Germany
- Prior experience in working within the healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a company experiencing rapid growth
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and professional ethics with attention to details
- Business acumen and outstanding teamwork skills
- Excellent level of English is essential

**Please note**: The position must commute between the HQ Rostock and the Berlin location (frequency is negotiable). In addition, remote work is possible.
