**More specifically you will**:

- Conduct research and analyze data to drive HR decisions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, keeping our processes smooth.
- Partner with different teams to plan engaging company events.
- Become an expert in our development tools, crafting training initiatives.
- Help organize impactful employee training sessions.
- Measure the success of training programs, ensuring they make a difference.
- Be a trusted collaborator, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Lend a hand with talent-related matters.

**who you are and what you have**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program related to HR, Business Administration, or a field that fuels your interest in people and development (think Pedagogy, Intercultural Communication).
- A "learn-it-all" attitude: You're eager to soak up knowledge and contribute fresh perspectives to our team.
- Problem-solving pro: You tackle challenges head-on with a positive "can-do" spirit and a hands-on approach.
