**Your profile**:
**+++What You’ll Do and hopefully love doing at QOA+++**
- You implement and maintain the HACCP plan.
- You coach, train and provide mentoring to our logistics staff on quality and safety aspects within HACCP.
- You will oversee the pest control management in our logistics, including collaboration with external partners, monitoring of documentation, management of cleaning and disinfection processes.
- The management of all complaints in the logistic area.
- You take over daily quality control activities, carry out inspections in the logistics areas and control of the finished products according to quality and food safety aspects, as well as random checks of incoming external products at the logistics locations.
- Proactively optimizing our QM system and processes with a focus on food safety, flexibility and cost optimization.
- Conducting internal audits: Defining corrections and corrective actions and tracking activities. You provide technical support for external audits in the logistics area to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
- You are responsible for the preparation, participation and follow-up of certification audits (e.g. IFS Logistics) and take corrective actions during external audits. In addition, you support the preparation and implementation of relevant corrective actions from external and internal audits.
- As an IFS Officer you are responsible for developing and participating in activities to ensure the quality and food safety of products.
- You create and update our quality management documents (procedures, instructions) and group statements.
- You will coordinate and evaluate the requirements of all involved stakeholders

- You convince with your analytical thinking, negotiation skills and diligence in your work.
- You have very good communication and formulation skills, both written and verbal.
- You master your everyday work without any problems with your German and English skills.
- You are a hands-on and enthusiastic person who is a good team player
- You are highly motivated to make a difference
- You preferably have a university degree in the food industry, logistics, business administration or a similar scientific study.
- You have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in the mentioned field of activity.
- You are a certified internal auditor or have already gained several years of experience in internal audits.
- You have a sound knowledge of QM systems and processes in the food industry.
- You have a confident manner when working with logistics, external service providers and production.
- The confident handling of relevant computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, Google, etc.) is a matter of course for you.
