**Your tasks**

As part of our education program, we are offering virtual classrooms and webinars for customer academies and our own public training (worldwide). To support our seminar administration & organization team, we are looking for a working student supporting us in the following areas:
**Administration and Organization of virtual classroom or webinar courses**:

- Communication with trainers and customers / participants
- Setup of courses, trainers and participants in digital learning systems and video conferencing systems
- Monitoring of the learning progress
- Evaluation of course feedback

**Technical support**:

- Co-Host during webinar series and virtual classrooms
- Setup and conduct of technical test sessions with participants prior to the official training start
- Educate trainers to work with our digital platforms and systems

**Development**:

- Support the development of our digital learning platform & processes
- Support in development of digital / hybrid learning offers / didactic concepts

**Your profile**
- Education: you have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) or are about to finish the Bachelor’s in Business Administration or IT or Education.
- Personality: analytical mindset, customer service oriented, team player, sociable, conscientious, goal-oriented / independent way of working
- Experience and Knowledge: affinity for digital topics and platforms such as ZOOM, Webex, Google MEET, gotowebinar, Microsoft TEAMS, Skype.
- IT: MS Office, experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Enthusiasm: motivation and passion for supply chain management and education
- Languages: German and English fluently
