Was privat mit Car-Sharing bereits zum Alltag geworden ist, wollen wir auch in der Logistik Industrie umsetzen. Colonia ist die erste digitale Sharing-Plattform für Nutzfahrzeuge. Fuhrparkunternehmen können Sattelzugmaschinen, Auflieger und Lkw auf unserer Plattform mieten oder vermieten. So können Flotten gemeinsam nachhaltiger genutzt werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstütze unseren Revenue Operations Manager, Christian, um unseren Revenue enginge anzukurbeln.
- Beobachte das Vertriebsteam, identifiziere Engpässe und skizziere Pläne zur Behebung von Engpässen.
- Identifiziere Hebel in unseren Umsatzprozessen und entwerfe Lösungen, um diese Hebel zu nutzen.
- Führe unabhängige Recherchen zu Tools und Prozesslösungen durch und teste diese unter Berücksichtigung des ROI.
- Führe Lösungen selbst aus - vorausgesetzt, der ROI stimmt.
- Arbeite eng zusammen mit unserem Gründer Jakob bei der Produktentwicklung
- Besuche Lieferanten und Kunden, um neue Funktionen vorzustellen und Feedback einzuholen
