**Your mission**:
We are looking for a receptionist/patient co-ordinater to join our team on a full time basis.
The position is open to someone who may be ready to elevate their dental career and join a well-established
specialist orthodontic clinic.
Front of house duties, collecting payments and assisting the practice manager/lead orthodontist with key projects and responsibilities.
**Permanent Receptionist/patient Co-ordinator - Full time**:
Monday 10.15 am to 16.15 pm
Tuesday 8.45 am to 18.45 pm
Wednesday 8.45 am to 18.15 pm
Thursday 8.45 am to 18.15 pm
Friday 8.45 am to 18.15 pm
**Your talent**:
- Orthodontic experience is not essential but preferable.
- Very good understanding of the English language, written and spoken.
- Maximum 40 minutes travel time into central London
- Very well presented
- Highly organised
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident/ calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Computer literate and Word, Excel proficient
**Highly desirable**:
- Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic practice either as a receptionist or dental nurse
- GDC registered
**We would like to note**: We are a very high end clinic, we require someone who is very efficient, reliable, good time keeper, willing to go that extra mile and very organised. Also someone who is committed/career minded.

- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Salary: depending on experience
- Paid GDC registration after 1 year of service
