Wir suchen Dich als Sales Specialist (m/w/d) mit Versicherungs-Vermittler-Lizenz (gemäß -34d GewO) zur Verstärkung unseres Car Online Buying Teams.

Du wirst Teil unseres Transactions-Geschäftsbereichs, in dem wir uns dafür einsetzen, dass jeder Verbraucher seinen individuellen Mobilitätsbedarf sicher online erfüllen kann. Als Teil dieser kreativen und agilen Geschäftseinheit hast Du die Möglichkeit, das strategische Ziel von mobile.de mitzugestalten und Verbrauchern und Händlern zu helfen, Autos vollständig online zu kaufen.

Deine Rolle im Team:

- Du stellst den engen Kontakt zu unserem Produkt Team sicher, um Upsell-Möglichkeiten in standardisierte Vertriebsprozesse zu integrieren.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unserem Sales-Team, um durch enge Zusammenarbeit reibungslose Abläufe für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten.
- Du testest Deine Ideen am Markt und bist unser Gesicht zum Kunden als Berater vom Erstkontakt bis zum glücklichen Autobesitzer und agierst stets als kompetenter Ansprechpartner - mit Deiner offenen und freundlichen Art sorgst Du für ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis
- Du informierst unsere Kunden über Produkte und Dienstleistungen und identifizierst Upselling-Möglichkeiten, um den Umsatz zu halten und zu steigern.

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen, als Versicherungskaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie eine Versicherungs-Vermittler-Lizenz (gemäß -34d GewO) ist zwingend erforderlich
- Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, Key Account Management oder Ähnlichem gesammelt. Idealerweise in der Automobilbranche oder Versicherungsbranche
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Kundenorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und ein sehr gutes Englisch-Level
- Hohes, persönliches Engagement, sehr gutes Selbstmanagement, Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Eigenmotivation, Lernbereitschaft und Sinn für Humor
