**Buyer E-Commerce DOB & HAKA (m/w/d)**

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**
- Einkauf eines zielgruppenorientierten sowie profitablen Sortiments in den Bereichen Womenswear und Menswear für unseren MAERZ-Onlineshop
- Überwachung und Steigerung der Umsatzperformance sowie der KPIs
- Sortiment-Reportings und Benchmark-Analysen inklusive Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- In-Season-Management NOS, Top-Seller bzw. Low-Seller und OTB
- Proaktive Beteiligung an Marketingaktionen und Sale-Planungen
- Aufbau sowie Management einer strategischen Business
- und Order-Planung
- Ständige Beobachtung von Trends und Mitbewerbern im E-Commerce
- Proaktiver Inputgeber (m/w/d) zur Weiterentwicklung der Kollektionen Verantwortung,
- Steuerung und Betreuung unserer Marketplaces

Profil

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in der Modebranche
- Idealerweise etwa 3 Jahre Einkaufserfahrung in der Modebranche mit Fokus auf E-Commerce
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Bezug auf MS Excel und Planungsgeschick
- Leidenschaft für Mode im Premiumsegment
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Themen Trends, Einkauf und E-Commerce
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität und einen sicheren Umgang mit den wichtigen KPIs
- Eine verantwortungsbewusste, flexible und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Den Blick über den Tellerrand Motivation als proaktiver Teamplayer (m/w/d)
