**Your powerful skills**
- Strong skills to design and develop attractive and engaging data visualization and user experience
- Experienced in reviewing report requests to correctly identify and understand the information and if needed help the requester to specify the definition.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow coupled with extensive experience developing and managing complex data models to federate data from multiple data sources in a SQL database.
- Liaise with and support to steer 3rd party provider providing reports, conduct design reviews and administrate QA functions.
- Excellent client interaction and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Very good language skills in English and German are essential in order to be able to carry out the tasks comprehensively

**Advantageous**
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, Tableau or PowerBI in combination with SQL preferably with a corresponding certification
- Understanding of common ITIL processes and dependencies in a day-to-day work.
- Open for a dialogue with stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
- Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, ) is favourable
- Basic knowledge of a ServiceNow CMDB and its structures
