The Content Specialist is responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing strategies. The focus will be on Branding and PR, the specialist will be creating and maintaining brand content (text, photos, videos, or other mediums), reaching out to new target audiences, and managing a budget to execute the work required. The Content Specialist is also responsible for planning and directing the creation of material that will maintain or enhance the public image and awareness of the brand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and executing a content marketing strategy to engage with customers or build brand awareness across channels and platforms including, but not limited to Social media (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn), newsletters, in-store communication, PR, and Newsletters;
- Develop content with multiple cross-functional stakeholders that are in line with the brand tone and voice to support positive client interactions;
- Guide partner agencies in developing new and innovative content, including audio-visual media;
- Creating and managing content for social media, website, newsletter, and/or other communication;
- Creating and executing PR campaigns and working with the press to get EGO Movement brand out to our audiences;
- Drive lead creation and conversion via EDM marketing;
- Create communication and resources that are Intuitive & simplified;
- Strong ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment;
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of the team/role and find solutions.
**Requirements**:
- As a Content Specialist (M/F/d), you have a degree in marketing or communication sciences or comparable professional training with a focus on marketing or communication;
- You have a proven track record of success in marketing, branding, and communications - both agency and corporate. You have at least 5 years of professional experience;
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information;
- Being able to orientate yourself on KPIs and managing on/below budget;
- Being fluent in German, English (must), and any other language is a plus.
