For our office in Berlin-Friedrichshain (hybrid or remote), we are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) who can pass on his/her skills to his/her colleagues for the continuous development of the team and at the same time contribute his/her experience to client management and development - preferably on a full or part-time basis.
**As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) you will**:
- Drive our content vision forward together with our Head of Content Judith and our Content Leads Carina & Flo.
- Enrich the team of Content Specialists and Content Managers with a current focus on SEO content writing and management with your profound know-how.
- Provide significant support in the training of juniors and professionals
- Continuously educate yourself in your desired areas of content creation and pass on your acquired knowledge to the team.
- Take responsibility for various clients - from copywriting and editing to coordination, potential analysis, client consultation and concept development
- Developing and implementing target-oriented concepts for texts that not only reconcile client specifications, user needs and target group, but are also found in search engines
- Ensure quality standards in project communication and content creation
- Organise your daily work and own projects independently in consultation with your Team Lead
- Support your Team Lead in resource and budget planning
- Proactively use your editorial expertise to develop holistic content solutions together with colleagues from SEO, Design & Co.

**YOU**
- You have 4+ years of professional editorial experience, ideally in a media or agency environment.
- Have successfully completed a degree in communication science, journalism, German language and literature or comparable training
- Thrive when you can teach others your craft with all its tricks of the trade
- Convince with an excellent feeling for language, excellent spelling and a keen eye for detail
- You have extensive experience in the planning, creation and quality assurance of target group and online-oriented content (e.g. content writing [news/SEO], copywriting, social media copy).
- Combine a wide range of requirements (e.g. target group analysis, keyword research, author briefing) to create coherent concepts and strategies
- You are confident in project management and customer contact and have an understanding of the economic viability of projects.
- Always keep up to date and follow the trends of tomorrow
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English in addition to a very good command of German in order to communicate with our international DEPT® team.
