**Project Coordinator - Wind Energy (M/F/d)**

**Location: Hamburg, Germany**

Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Hamburg, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Project Coordinator - Wind Energy (M/F/d)

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Handling and managing Wind components and project shipments, incl. full operational (technical) and cost control / profitability (commercial) aspects
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners, and other offices for any project operations-related issues
- Shipping all kind of cargo, mainly out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe
- Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals
- Supporting sales team in writing up offers and proposals to clients
- Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors
- Actively create and maintain project document sets
- Assist to create and implement processes necessary for the project success
- Enhance the PMO standards, processes, and necessary documentation
- Calculating and monitoring project profits
- Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.

**What you can contribute**:

- Experience in the field of freight forwarding and in the freight forwarding industry - preferably wind related
- Work experience in the freight forwarding industry - preferably wind related
- Proven track record of successfully executed logistics operations, coordination and management
- Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
- Able to communicate in German and English, both written and verbal
