**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Bei der neu entstehenden Stabsstelle bist Du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Geschäftseinheiten bei der Erstellung von innovativen Preismechanismen und koordinierst die operative Umsetzung
- Du analysiert kontinuierlich die Preis
- und Margensituation und leitest Optimierungspotentiale und erforderliche Handlungsmaßnahmen ab
- Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Konzeption zentraler Monetarisierungsstrategien verantwortlich und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem CFO zusammen
- Du beobachtest und analysierst die Marktentwicklung und leitest ggf. entsprechende Änderungen in der Preisstrategie ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Marketing
- und Sales-Bereich sowie mit externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Auch bringst Du Deine Ideen ein und hilfst dabei, unsere Analyse-Tools weiter zu verbessern

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder Statistik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Finance
- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, bspw. als Pricing
- oder Product-Manager:in mit, die Du idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld einer renommierten Strategieberatung sammeln und in einem Start-Up / im Digitalumfeld anwenden konntest
- Darüber hinaus begeisterst Du Dich für Pricing, insbesondere bei E-Commerce Produkten und verfügst über fundiertes Wissen, insbesondere über Pricing-Mechanismen und -Analysen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und überzeugst durch eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Führungserfahrungen sammeln
- Zusätzlich verfügst Du über einen stark ausgeprägten Business Sense > Deine überdurchschnittlich analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen Dir, unsere Corporate-Zusammenhänge schnell zu durchdringen und darauf basierend immer die effektivsten Optimierungshebel in Gang zu setzen
