**Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind für die Leitung der Abteilung Command and Surveillance verantwortlich und übernehmen die Ausrüstung von nationalen und internationalen Über
- und Unterwassermarineschiffen.
- In Ihrer Rolle stimmen Sie sich eng mit den Technik-Verantwortlichen in Ihrem Bereich ab und sind innerhalb unserer Matrixorganisation ressourcenverantwortlich gegenüber den Projekten.
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die disziplinarische Führung eines eingespielten Teams, bestehend aus Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden an all unseren Standorten.
- Sie übernehmen die Auswahl und die Zuweisung von Ressourcen zu den Projekten, sowie die Sicherstellung aller disziplinarischen Maßnahmen.
- Sie repräsentieren Ihre Abteilung und Ihre Systeme innerhalb und außerhalb der tkMS und betreiben ein aktives Schnittstellen
- und Stakeholdermanagement.
- Sie verantworten die Einhaltung von abgestimmten Vorgaben zu Kosten, Zeit und Qualität.

**Profil**:

- Sie haben ein technisch-naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Informatik und/ oder Management oder eine gleichwertige technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
- Sie besitzen signifikante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Waffen
- und Führungssysteme, sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie kennen Combat System Integration über alle relevanten Phasen hinweg, von der Campaign, über die Abwicklung und Erprobung bis zum Service.
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, systemübergreifend zu denken und haben ein gutes allgemeines, technisches Verständnis, idealerweise aus Marine
- oder Werfttätigkeiten.
- Zu Ihren Stärken gehören Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
- Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich Reisen anzutreten, Erprobungsfahrten zu begleiten und bringen sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
