You will lead a dynamic team working towards shared business objectives and report directly to the CPO. This position calls for a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of game design and economics.
Collaborating with Product Leads, Marketing, Analytics, and Development teams, you will drive groundbreaking innovation in our strategy games across mobile apps, web, and Steam platforms.
- Leadership & Strategy: Form a business-oriented unit by supervising game designers and monetisation managers, enhancing team efficiency, visibility, and managing P&L.
- Game Design: Refine the vision and design of current and future titles to deliver engaging, sustainable, and marketable games, aligned with technical choices and industry trends.
- Monetisation: Improve ARPU and monetisation strategies to surpass competitors by maximizing the entire player base lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Development & Management: Lead and cultivate a proficient team to meet ambitious goals, offering mentorship in methods, personal growth, and career advancement.
- Several years of experience in game design or monetization roles, with a strong background in free-to-play mobile game development.
- Understanding of game economics and live ops in a Games as a Service environment.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on creating exceptional games and driving sustained growth.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, empathy, and analytical skills, with proficiency in cross-discipline collaboration.
- Fluent in English with effective communication and leadership abilities.
