Bei uns bist du Teil des 6-köpfigen Recruiting & Employer Branding Teams. Du betreust Vakanzen von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis hin zum Onboarding und arbeitest dabei eng mit den Führungskräften der Fachbereiche zusammen. Außerdem kannst Du Dich in eine Vielzahl von Projekten rund um die Themen Recruiting & Employer Branding einbringen.
Als Weltmarktführer im freien Ersatzteilmarkt fertigt und vertreibt die bilstein group Ersatzteile für alle gängigen PKW- und NKW-Modelle und bietet ein umfassendes Produktsortiment von mehr als 62.000 Teilen für den europäischen, amerikanischen und asiatischen Markt. Mit unseren 2.300 Mitarbeitenden, die sich auf die Zentrale in Ennepetal und unsere 22 Standorte im Ausland verteilen, erwirtschaften wir jährlich einen weltweiten Umsatz von rund 830 Millionen €.
Tätigkeitsbereich
- Du führst eigenständig den gesamten Recruitingprozess von Fach
- und Führungskräften sowie gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden für verschiedene Business Units des Unternehmens durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Führungskräften zur Analyse des Anforderungsprofils und der Erstellung einer zielgruppenorientierten Sourcing-Strategie zusammen
- Du führst telefonische und persönliche Bewerbungsgespräche durch und berätst die Führungskräfte bzgl. der Einstellungsentscheidung
- Du führst Active Sourcing von geeigneten Kandidaten über Social Media Kanäle durch
- Du übernimmst verschiedene HR Projekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Recruiting und Employer Branding
