**Business Development Specialist (m/w/d)**:
**Das Stellenprofil**:

- Scouting, Erkennen, Analysieren und Bewerten von Zielmärkten, Geschäftsmodellen, Innovationen, Technologien, Technologietrends, sowie entsprechenden Potentialen über alle Kundengruppen hinweg in Zusammenarbeit mit den Global Accounts
- Neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Neukunden identifizieren im Rahmen der unternehmerischen Zielsetzung der BU unter Berücksichtigung der Entwicklungen des Marktes
- Ausarbeitung und Abstimmung der Vertriebsstrategie in den Zielmärkten, Sicherstellen der Umsetzung und Controlling konkreter Vertriebsziele gemäß Ziel-Committment Sales (GSPT, KPIs)
- Persönliche Geschäftsbeziehungen in Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsteams auf angemessener Hierarchieebene auf
- und ausbauen (auch international, Messeteilnahme,)
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der Vertriebsaktivitäten in def. Zielmärkten in Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsteams
- Unterstützung und Projektbegleitung beim Aufbau und Ausbau von Vertriebskanälen (in def. Zielmärkten, ggf. vor Ort)
- Schnittstelle zu def. EKT Tochtergesellschaften/Produktionswerken und Vertriebskanalpartnern und Unterstützung des Informationsflusses
- Unterstützung von durch das Management definierten Sonderprojekten
- Unterstützung beim Controlling der Vertriebs-/BD Ziele, monatliches Reporting
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von internationalen Vertriebsveranstaltungen bzw. Schulungen von Vertriebspartnern

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Abgeschlossener Diplom
- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit hohem technischen Verständnis oder im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Business Development oder internationalen Vertrieb
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sicheres, überzeugungsstarkes Auftreten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
