Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung des Hygiene- und Zahnerhaltungsbereiches auf internationaler Ebene
  • Initiierung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen (internationale Seminare, Kurse, Messen, Kongresse, KOL-Meetings) mit Unterstützung der internen Abteilungen
  • Akquisition und Betreuung der internationalen KOLs
  • Fachliche Unterstützung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Vertriebsteams (Medizinprodukteberater/Innen)
  • Realisierung eigener und teamrelevanter Umsatzziele
  • Reporting an den Director Business Development

Profil
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenberatung für medizinische Verbrauchsmaterialien idealerweise in der Dentalbranche
  • klinische/zahnmedizinische Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamplayer
  • Motivationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Ergebnisorientierung
  • sicherer Umgang mit Reporting- und Steuerungstools im Vertrieb
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
