**Dein Job**:
**Als Creative Director Art - Live & Digital (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die kreativ-visuelle Handschrift von insglück und den kreativen Lead unserer Projekte.**

**Alle deine künstlerischen Fähigkeiten kommen zum Einsatz, wenn unter deiner Führung live, digital und hybrid unsere award-gekrönten Events und Brand Experiences entstehen. Dein Spielfeld ist die Live Communication, dabei agierst du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Brand-, Motion, Spatial und UX-Design.**

**Du wirst Teil unseres standortübergreifenden Kreationsteams und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Als Standort für die Tätigkeit kommen unsere Büros in Berlin oder Köln in Frage.**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du leitest die Kreativprozesse für Pitches und Projekte im Bereich Marken
- und Produktinszenierung für vielfältige Eventformate und Kampagnen unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen.
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden in allen Branding
- und Designfragen und verantwortlich für ihre Kreationsbudgets bei uns.
- Du verantwortest Kundenbriefings bezüglich Markenkern, CI, Corporate Language und Bildsprache.
- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung für ein inhouse Team aus Art Direktion, 3D Art und Motion Design.
- Mit deinem Team organisierst du Brainstormings, Inspirations
- und Innovationsformate - für euch und für die gesamte Agentur.
- Dazu steuerst und entwickelst du unser weitläufiges Freelance-Netzwerk aus allen Kreations-Gewerken.
- Du bist Impulsgeber:in für unsere Kreativprozesse und übernimmst als Mentor:in die Weiterentwicklung des Design Teams.

**Idealerweise ist das dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Agentur für Live-Kommunikation, Digitale Kommunikation oder aus einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Bereich Brand Experience.
- Als Kreativlead hast du bereits große und komplexe Projekte gesteuert.
- Du hast ein exzellentes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, Strategie und Qualität, Marken und deren ganzheitliche Kommunikation.
- Außerdem bringst du ein gutes Urteilsvermögen im Hinblick auf Machbarkeit und Budgetvorgaben.
- Du verfügst über ein exzellentes Netzwerk an kreativen Spezialist:innen.
- Mit dem Zeitgeist bist du per Du. Gesellschaftliche Megatrends und Diskurse, modische Strömungen und technologische Entwicklungen beobachtest du mit offenen Augen und Ohren.
- Du bist formulierungsstark, text
- und präsentationssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
