**Marketing at Matsmart-Motatos**:
A curious & high-performing team across all our countries & hubs with main residence in Stockholm. Our knowledge ranges from corporate communication to impact, social media, SEM, customer insight, CRM, graphic design, customer service, brand building and more; all powered by data, while optimizing for KPI’s such as brand awareness, consideration, customer acquisition and retention.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead & develop the creative brand work on a company-wide level, across all our markets (currently six), and across paid, owned and earned media, with the goal to build a strong global brand with high awareness
- Together with our inhouse Creative Studio, take the creative lead of content and campaigns (both focused on awareness and conversion) based on consumer insights to meet countries’ goals on awareness, acquisition and retention
- Continuously measure & test assets & campaigns to maximize ROI
- Provide brand leadership to key creative stakeholders such as external agency partners as well as internal product design/UX and merchandising teams
- Collaborate closely with key marketing stakeholders such as the global marketing functions and the local marketing teams across our markets to support their brand opportunities and challenges
- Take on the role of Head of Creative Studio (temporary 1 year parental cover) which means, among other things:

- Production planning_
- Workflow planning_
- Providing leadership for the Creative Studio (currently 3 designers)_
- Ownership of all online content_

**Our humble expectations**:

- . University degree, preferably in Marketing/ Creative or a similar field.
- +5 years as Creative Director, Senior Art Director or equivalent. Preferably a mixed background of global brand ownership and agency-experience.
- Ability to connect brand building and business outcome, and a big plus if you also have experience from working with impact-driven brands
- International work experience (preferably from UK and/or Germany), including the understanding of how to build brand across multiple nations and multiple maturity phases
- Data-driven; passionate around consumer insights, behaviors and communication KPIs
- Digitally savvy; hands-on experience from brands in a digital world with in depth understanding of how to build a brand in digital channels, both externally and internally. Proof of understanding product design/previous experience from working close to a tech/product organization. Experience from working with e-commerce brands is a plus.
- Previous leadership experience

- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Are a native English speaker with additional language skills such as German and/or one of the Nordic languages (knowing Swedish is not a must)
