**Creative Director, Reality Labs Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the strategy and creative direction of consumers facing Meta Quest in DE
- Further develop the Meta Quest brand in the German Market
- Manage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate with the local market while maintaining consistency for the brand
- Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts. Cross-functional teams include: Marketing, comms planning, organic social and influencer, media

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Creative Director, building consumer brands in the German market
- Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment
- Experience working with data & insights
- Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: TV, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
- Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations
- Fluency in German (both written and verbal)
- A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work (include link on your resume)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience creating work on behalf of technology clients
- Experience working on and passion for gaming and music projects
