Die Position ist befristet für 2 Jahre zu besetzen.

**Deine Rolle**
- Verstärkung des Teams Rohstoffspezifikationen in der Abteilung Regulatory Affairs and Product Documentation
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Rohstoffspezifikationen für unser umfangreiches Rohstoffsortiment, sowie die Bewertung und Freigabe von Zweitlieferanten bezüglich Rohstoffeigenschaften
- Anstoß und Aktualisierung von Produkt-Zertifizierungen (Halal, Kosher, BIO) für Döhler-Artikel bei den entsprechenden Organisationen
- Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten zu rohstoffbezogenen Fragestellungen oder zur Aktualisierung von Dokumenten
- Erfassung, Pflege und Prüfung von Rohstoffdaten im SAP in enger Absprache mit anderen Abteilungen

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ökotrophologie, Ernährungswissenschaft, Lebensmittelchemie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung/Praktika vorteilhaft, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel
- und Getränkeindustrie
- Generelles Interesse an der Zusammensetzung von Lebensmitteln und Rezepturverständnis
- Sorgfältige, genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
