We are looking for an enthusiastic mid to senior level **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join the talented **Talent **team at Grover, hybrid (3 days per week) at our **Berlin HQ.**
**As a (Sr.) Talent Acquisition Specialist you will**:
- Work closely with executives and senior leaders across various business functions with a strong focus on Operations & B2B.
- Work with the hiring managers and business teams to understand the role requirements and craft talent acquisition strategies.

**We are looking for a passionate (Sr.) Talent Acquisition Specialist with**:
- 2-5 years experience in high-growth startups or a consumer brand in Europe, agency experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of high-volume business roles across international markets, with a focus on DACH.
- You have been hiring at all levels in the organization, including specialized, high-volume, and German speaking positions.
- Exposure to high volume recruitment: you know what it takes to manage multiple roles simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset: you are always researching new approaches in Talent Acquisition, when you are not interviewing, you are listening to talent podcasts and reading blogs - learning from and contributing to the talent acquisition community.
- Current residency in Berlin.
- Fluency in English, C1 German is strongly preferred.
