Unser Geschäftsbereich Defence & Security ist ein anerkannter hersteller-unabhängiger, technischer Dienstleister auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene bei der Konzeption von Lösungen, der Begleitung von Analyse-, Entwicklungs
- und Realisierungsvorhaben und der Bereitstellung von Serviceleistungen. In der Abteilung "Operationelle Analysen & Strategie FCAS" entwickeln, analysieren und bewerten wir Ansätze für die effiziente Gestaltung des zukünftigen Wirkverbunds fliegender Waffensysteme (Future Combat Air Systeme, FCAS) im Rahmen der Forschung & Technologie und des Planungs
- und Beschaffungsprozesses der Bundeswehr. Zu diesem Zweck entwickeln wir auch ein simulationsgestütztes Operational Research (OR) Tool für plattformübergreifende Trade-Offs und Sensitivitätsanalysen.
- Tätigkeit:

- Sie verantworten Projekte im Bereich FCAS von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Hierbei leiten Sie fachlich ein interdisziplinäres Projektteam
- Sie tragen durch Ihre ganzheitliche Beratung des Kunden dazu bei, dass der künftige fliegende Wirkverbund der Bundeswehr effizienter, durchsetzungs
- und überlebensfähiger wird. Hierzu nutzt Ihr Team auch das hauseigene Simulations-Tools für Luftkampfanalysen und entwickelt es weiter
- Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und bauen diese aus. Sie stehen unseren Kunden bei fachlichen Fragen als Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite und wirken maßgeblich bei der Akquise von (Folge-)Projekten mit
- Sie wirken verantwortlich bei der Angebotserstellung mit
- Sie präsentieren Projektergebnisse vor internen und externen Kunden, in Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem FCAS-Team und fassen diese in Berichten zusammen
- Sie entwickeln neue Ideen und unterstützen die Geschäftsentwicklung der IABG im Umfeld FCAS
- Voraussetzungen:

- Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Luft
- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik (M.Sc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Projekten. Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. IPMA) wünschenswert
- Begeisterung für die Untersuchung komplexer Fragestellungen mit vielen Elementen und Abhängigkeiten
- Überzeugende Kommunikation und offener Umgang mit anderen Menschen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Modellbildung und Simulation wünschenswert
- Hohe Auffassungsgabe und eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ziele:

- Sie leiten eigene Projekte im FCAS-Umfeld mit direktem Kundenkontakt, Budgetverantwortung und fachlicher Führung des interdisziplinären Projektteams - vom Angebotsprozess über das Projektmanagement bis zur Folgeakquisition.
