**Your Tasks**:
- Lead a team of 5 people
- Lead the global Services & Solutions strategy and innovation assessment and further develop it
- Enable Services and Solutions strategy execution and scale the business across 11 countries
- Own the Services and Solutions target portfolio, investment cases and the strategic roadmap
- Lead the global Services and Solutions Operational Excellence Initiative and Go-to-market processes
- Own Services and Solutions global reporting including the reporting and service control tower; enable ESG compliance (EU taxonomy) as well as Services and Solutions steering and profitability optimization
- Develop tangible storylines for C-Level and Supervisory Board presentations in the context of Services & Solutions
- Closely cooperate with stakeholders from all areas of Services & Solutions within global team, all MediaMarktSaturn countries, as well as Controlling, Technology, Global Customer Experience and Customer Intelligence to enable customer centricity and sustainable growth
**Your Profile**:
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Analytics or a similar qualification
- Several years of work experience in strategy consulting, innovation management and proven success in implementation
- Extensive knowledge of Services and Solutions business in retail context, ideally in the omni-channel environment
- Experience in managing international and cross functional teams with a proven success in matrix organizations as well as experience in C-Level communication
- Deep commercial understanding with focus on customers and employees
- High level of resilience, capability to manage compacity and fast pace
- Analytical mindset, solution driven, results-oriented as well as equipped with a hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in English and German, additional languages would be beneficial
**About Us**:
The Services & Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolios. We lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allow customers to make the most out of their technology. This role will lead the global implementation of identified growth areas and continuously identify and assess potential new areas for Services & Solutions together with the VP Services & Solutions, the COOs and MediaMarktSaturn’s country leads.
